Refinance

When you are planning to change banks or making changes to your home loan or mortgage.

  • Review of your overall transaction and advice on what needs to happen.

  • Arranging discharge of your existing mortgage with your current bank.

  • Receive loan and mortgage documents from your new bank,

  • Meet with you to discuss documents and sign.

  • Complete drawdown of your new loan and repay your old bank.

  • Complete registration of your new mortgage and discharge your prior one.

  • Full report on transaction including trust account statement.

  • Discuss with you your proposed sale and the overall transaction.

  • Review of sale and purchase agreement terms prior to signing.

  • Receive signed sale and purchase agreement and contact purchaser's lawyer.

  • Receive notification of satisfaction of any purchaser conditions.

  • Prepare for settlement including arranging discharge of any mortgage.

  • Meet with you to sign necessary documents for settlement.

  • Prepare settlement statement and forward to purchaser's lawyer.

  • Complete settlement and receive final settlement funds.

  • Complete all transfer and discharge of mortgage registration.

  • Receive funds from you and your home loan drawdown for settlement.

  • Complete settlement with vendor's lawyer.

  • Complete registration of the title transfer into your name and registration of you mortgage.
